The Penny Paws Foundation is a nonprofit founded in 2026 by Andrea Janowski. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Andrea, along with her husband, Joe and their three Pomeranians; BOY (age 15), Nova (age 4) and Penny (age 2) reside in the city of Brecksville.
The development of The Penny Paws Foundation came to light when Penny suddenly started having epileptic seizures in late 2025. During her second emergency visit, it became clear there is a need within our communities to help animals with disabilities. Animals with disabilities include those with physical, blind & deaf impairments, mobility issues, neurological disorders and seizures.
The Penny Paws Foundation is committed to helping animals receive the proper medical diagnosis, care and equipment needed. With the help and support of our communities these animals can be treated.
At Penny Paws Foundation, we are dedicated to creating a supportive community for animals with disabilities.
